along with a copy of the results of all safety tests performed. This is a simple
way of ensuring that your electrical installation is safe and serviceable.
Furthermore, since December 2007 home-owners selling their houses must provide a
Home Information Pack (HIP). Providing a Periodic Inspection Report (along with
an Electrical Installation Certificate for
any reportable work carried out since
1st January 2005) will simplify the sale of your home.
